i talked to josh hammond sign everything electronicaly was to hear from someone. i am still being deducted for debp consolidation. i was to get a payment schedule and hepl in getting l725.00 back they have in escrow. as i stated i had signed with they nov 2008 and only one acct settled and one closed with they said i would have to pay taxes on because it was income. i thought when i talked to josh hammond i could not worry as long as i paid as per agreement. please me know what is going on my phone is03-***-**** thanks much

Now, regarding your problem.... please help me understand it properly.
You have terminated your program with a debt consolidation company, but they are still deducting money from your account, right? You need to call them up to stop it.
Now, about the closed account....yeah, it becomes an income of the debtor if the creditor forgives certain debt amount. So, they were right in what they have said.
