I have 3 loans with.

Can anyone help me find out it they are leagally licensed in Montana. Trying to figure out how to get out of this debt.

Thank You, I closed my account today and my bank verified that I am protected now. I have rolled each of these over in the past and am currently looking to see how much in fees and interest I have paid in that time. Am I to understand that those fees and interest should be applied to the the current loans since I only am responsible for the interest?

Please read the thread on how to deal with illegal lenders, all your questions will be answered in that thread. Also, all you owe any unlicensed lenders is the amount you borrowed to begin with less and payments, fees or interest.
