the OC reports it as
Loan type "line of credit"
Account type "LINE OF CREDIT"
date closed "2006"
Balance $o
I received a letter from blatt,hasenmiller,leibesker etc.. last week
I sent them a DV letter,waiting for my green card.
do I have anything else here to fight with?

well, its hard to know what to fight with when you dont know any details of the alleged account yet. Sounds like you got a letter from an attorney that represents LVNV....you need to send LVNV themselves a DV letter too, since they are the ones reporting on your credit report.

lvnv is not an "open" account i have,& what about factoring company account?
also,I believe when I peeked at my CR online LVNV is all over my report with inquiries
You should also check to see if this attorney is licensed in you
You should also check to see if this attorney is licensed in your state....if they are not then they are acting as a debt collector, if they are an attorney in your state, they could be gearing up to file suit......LVNV is a really bad bottom feeder and they file thousands of lawsuits every year, or at least they hire an attorney to do it for them, so be careful with them.

As long as you sent a debt validation letter within the timeline of the fair debt collection practices act, there really isn't much more you can do other than wait and see if they validate. If they call before validating, keep a log of the calls as you can sue them for this.
