Your only legal lender would be PaydayOne, I would ask them if they would allow you to pay it off with an EPP (extended payment plan), just explain your hardship, I would take care of that one first and foremost. I'm not sure about DMA Financial, perhaps someone else will have some information on that lender. The rest of your lenders are NOT licensed to lend to FL residents, all you would owe them is the principal amount you borrowed less the interest and any payments you have made so far, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

:)We had a restaurant and lost lots of money. We could not pay all our creditors. We have house and cars that people can easily put a lien on. But we settled with our creditors and got through the hard time now. We are on the way to be much better. The fact is that don't let the people on the phone scared you. If you get sue, you have a chance to actually set up an easy payment that according to your ability to pay not what the bank wants. And you don't have to pay the high interest. Just make sure you answer the court paper. I hope this help.
Do not use these settlement companies. You can do all that much better yourself than these companies. They are out to get your money. I used OptionOne and I would not recommend them.
