i always use Barry Cohen, he is the father that works for his son at Philips and Cohen, if the debt is at his location he can work on it

hes an older guy so feel him out a bit.

if you have funds to settle try to get the percent as low as possible and pay it off after he sends you a settlement letter.

if you need payments work something out with him in a reasonable amount of payments, still adding up to a hopefully low settlement percent
