Hello,
I have just received a letter from Zwicker on business blue AX card 90 days behind. They want me to pay certain money with in 2 weeks and the pay up the rest of the balance monthly untill it is paid off and that will stop late charges and get account out the delinquency. But I can not pay.
It also said that if I do not pay then I will be sued.
I sent them debt verification letter and Arbitration letter already, would it stop the law suit?

Should I be worried about any thing else since it is business card?

Hi. There is a lot of information on Zwicker/Amex on this forum. Just hit the search tab in the main menu and you will find existing threads full of info. Zwicker is a little tougher but will settle. NCO is easier to settle with.

I think the arbitration letter will stop law suit. I don't think they would sue until 180+ days old. Keep us posted.
