Anyone heard of these people, or of B and L marketing. By the way the message he left said that i should call back within the hour

these guys called me again..they said they are called Lockhart a
these guys called me again..they said they are called Lockhart and Smith and said my attorney should call them...why would they make this threat? i've looked up the number on google and see any number of outlandish threats. i also saw no information for the 'office of Lockhart and Smith'
is there any chance a legit legal matter would be handeld with calls like this?

They love to do this because it does frighten most unsuspecting
They love to do this because it does frighten most unsuspecting and law-abiding consumers. It is very illegal for them to do this! You should check your state's recording laws and get these jerks making these illegal threats on tape. Inform them you will be filing with the police, the AG of your state AND their state and everyone else you can think of.
