Hi there! I did a search of Legal Network of America on this site with no results. Has anyone on here used their services?

I have two friends that used this CO and let me say all they did was collect thier fee and she still had bank account taken and debts stayed the same no contact with creditors to get lower amount or anything all they kept saying was you have to put more money in the savings account before we can do anything. Well if she had that kinda money why do debt consolidation. They took thier fees and she still stands to loose everything. She just dropped them and called the creditors she had and she got every account cut in half but one and she got payment arrangements over certin time frame and all intrest dropped. she is paying it off in less time and a fraction of the cost except one account because they have gone to court so they cant stop that she has to pay that. So NO DONT USE THIS GROUP

I can not put anything incriminating on here because I am sueing this company however i will warn you that one..they do not tell you everything up front..two..the numbers never match..three..they are all Indian but use false American names..four..they will take your money and run. they will tell you that you will never get sued..truth is you will get sued multiple times. call a lawyer and inquire about bankruptcy. its quicker, easier and less money!

They are big scam. In the beginning they told me They will settle my credit card account for 50% or 60% and save money, but at the end I paid the same amount of my debt after one year. I didn't get a single phone call from them, I have to call them for the update. It is better to resolve and settle directly to your bank instead of piling up your interest and paying them 40% of your monthly payment. It is a rip off.

they don't negotiate with creditors, and the sheriff will knock on your door after a year, because you are sued by the credit companies you owed. I experienced it first hand. This company will not do anything for you.

Don't use them,,they are a bunch of liars. Husband and I may need to file chapter 13 thanks to their lies...feel like a total fool...may attempt to sue them as well...they dont do squat for you..and ALWAYS ask you for more $, because ' there are not enough funds in your trust account'. Bunch of rip-off scam artists, who, yes, as one other blogger posted, are all Indian using ' fake ' American names....

I'd steer clear of them. I've helped a number of clients get their money back from them after the clients were sued by the creditors that LNOA was meant to be helping them with. I've been considering refering them to a local DA. Believe me, you are much better of finding a local consumer attorney for help with debt. NOLO and NACBA are both great resources, and most of us give free initial consultations.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use them; they are horrible and I believe they are just scammers. We got sucked into signing up...they do nothing...they constantly ask you for more money and in the meantime, creditors keep coming after you and will end up filing with the local court to have your wages/bank accounts garnished and/or bring you into court to appear in front of a judge. This is a horrible program and does not work. You are better off trying to work with the creditors directly, or your bank, or I hate to say this, filing bankruptcy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..they lie and will make things worse!!!
