Has anyone had any experience with an on-line payday loan that would be under the name Geneva Ross? I have no idea how to contact this creditor by mail...please help!! I also need the address for a Web Loan USA with phone number 800-313-3392.

starch,

Most of the online payday lenders use bunch of alias, so it's very difficult to locate them.

Anyway, the number you have mentioned here belongs to speedy web loans, but they have no mailing address anywhere in the net. Try to collect the business name of the company if you have any paper works from them.

I will try to collect their address and post it here if I find any. Please watch this forum frequently. Thanks.

In state of GA they are now illegal..thank goodness....they can break you real bad.
One of the companies that I dealt with was in England..over the ocean blue...
Don't use these people ever...they can take all the money you have and then some....
Be careful!!!!

They were taking out $90 twice every two weeks until I put a stop payment on it for over 2 years... then they called and said they would work with me... I was sending them $100 a month for 6 months and then my debt would be done. I did 3 months and stopped and haven't heard anything from them... should I continue to send these money orders or is my money going nowhere?

With any payment plan, you need to have a letter drawn up to explain the exact details of the payment plan. I would ask for a statement, and if a statement cannot be provided to you, then you can choose, at your own risk, stopping payments until such documentation is provided to you. That way you can be sure the money isn't being pocketed somewhere or being adjusted towards someone elses account. Who knows, 2 years from now you may get a call from another collection company and you'll have no documentation.

I would suggest calling them later today and asking for it to be mailed to you.

Regards-
Mike
