Collection Agency

I live in Louisiana,
I have a collection agency by the name Global Check & Credit Services calling me saying that I owe them for two online payday loans I have done.
I do owe one of them but the other one I did not do. They claim that I took the loans out the same day. One of the is Summit (which I do owe). The other one is for Vince Enterprises. (did not take this one out). I did take another one out the same day with Titan.
I do not know what I should do. I do not know if this is a legitimate collection agency. I did request for them to send me a fax showing the info on loans. They did but I do not know what to do?
In all I have 7 online payday loans that I have to pay off
