need a way out... can i do this without closing my account? we've had our bank account for several years and we have family who work at the bank..... are these legal or illegal pdls is there help please advise

please offer me some advice, this is out of control and I need immediate help in getting out of this. Now I've got a garnighment and I'm not making enough to cover the interest. I've got 2 kids and 1 income. thanks
