how do i pay two accounts of chase?

I have two Chase ccs; one is over 100 days late and the other is about 60 days late. I have spoken with Chase a few times only on the one 100 days late; but have been getting numerous calls on my cell and home phone (I suspect regarding both cards - but they don't leave msgs). When I call them, is it better to discuss both accts with the same CSR or should I try to handle each card separately since the delinquent time varies? Thank you.

They really aggravate me! Their autodialer calls and then hangs up. I'm about 120 days and they call me sometimes 10x a day, even if I just talked with them the day before.
