I have two Chase ccs; one is over 100 days late and the other is about 60 days late. I have spoken with Chase a few times only on the one 100 days late; but have been getting numerous calls on my cell and home phone (I suspect regarding both cards - but they don't leave msgs). When I call them, is it better to discuss both accts with the same CSR or should I try to handle each card separately since the delinquent time varies? Thank you.

You may discuss both the cards at the same time and if you have the fund available, you may also try to settle them together. It would really depend on your priorities and the choice of the creditor. Chase might not entertain a settlement proposal yet on the card which is only sixty days late.
