I'm trying to find an address or phone number for DJR Group. My account has been overdrawn, and it's largely due to them. My loan has been paid off, but they are still deducting that $60 payment from my account every 2 weeks. Can anyone help at all with some information?

It will do you no good to call them, as long as they have your account information they will continue to withdraw funds until you have nothing left! The ONLY way to stop them is to CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT! Blocking them will do no good either, they will just change their name and withdraw funds under another company name, they are nothing more than criminals!

Here is there telephone number 866-553-5788

I will never do business with these crooks! I filled out a generic app online and it is sent to various lenders. Well low and behold DJR Group got an app. BUT I never agreed to take this loan. As a matter of a fact, I spoke with a rep and told her that I did not want the funds! Now they are refusing to take the money back without a financing fee! I am reporting these people!

Same thing happened to me. Although. I noticed when the funds we deposited into my account. I went to the bank and spent 3 hrs with a personal banker trying to figure it out. The phone number is to some company in the indies. I had to close my account and open a new one. It was a total pain in the ass

Agree with Annoyed, contact your bank and dispute the charges. The bank will send the charges back to DJR as part of the dispute process and you'll probably have to pay a "stop payment fee". Talk to your banker about your options and get them to help you.

If DJR has violated their contract, then it's time to file complaints against them with your regional Federal Trade Commission Office, the Attorney General Consumer Division in your State, and your State Banking Department. If enough people complain, they can be fined and even shut down.

A contract with an illegal lender is irrelevant, they didn't follow the law to begin with or they would have obtained a license to lend.

These people are unbelievable. I can't get in touch with anyone to stop the money from coming out. I will have to block them from my acct. There is no way to speak with anyone, I have tried so many times.

DJR isnt even in the united states, nor are these criminals subject to our laws, or penalties . It does no good to make a complaint. they are harassing me now-after they withdrew 800. from my account(for a $200.loan). They say they are the 'bureau of criminal investigations' in tennessee. the Tennessee State Police was very interested in hearing this, and I hope will investigate. djr's phone number in tennessee is 615-671-9943; its a switchboard; the person who answers it is in west indies

****Go to your bank and put a stop payment on DJR, it will cost a fee, but compared to the amount of money they are stealing from you, ITS WELL WORTH IT. These idiots are not even in the USA; they hire switch boards in the US, and call the switch boards then have them dial your number. They have contacted me 11 times since last friday-09-17-2010. Each time they attempt to scare me proclaiming they are with the Bureau of Criminal Investigations; the first call on friday after I hung up, they called back stating that they were affiliated with the FBI in Tennessee; and that they were preparing to subtract 2000.00 dollars from my Social Security balance; and would in turn release my personal information onto the internet. Since that time, I have changed bank acct., numbers; hired an attorney; and am having the attorney investigate DJR, and their sister company, in order to file suit against them in US Federal court. Its amazing though, in order to find out exactly where they are at, we have attempted to 'trace' their phone calls, only to have them hang up within 50 seconds. The bank is tracing them through the ACH channels in which they deducted from my old account; along with a few other intities of the state government, and fed's like the IRS.

I am very surprised to find out that I am not the only person having these problems with DJR Group. I have no clue how they came upon my information until one day I am checking my account information online and seen a credit for 250 from their company I immediately tried to get in contact with them through my bank and they were also refusing to take the funds back. I never signed any paperwork or anything authorizing that I wanted a loan from these people especially since I had just recently gotten approved from another company. Now they are selling my information to several companies who have been withdrawning money from my account for services called like mongocard and etc. Thanks to them I have had to completely close my account and fight my bank for nearly 700.

If it's already in your account then your screwed. BUT you need to call 1-866-553-5788 and request that you pay the account in full or else they will keep withdrawing money from you account. They will charge you about $50 (or in some cases more) to pay the account off but it's better than paying for months and months.

I to have an account with DJR. I did exactly what other people on this post did because I needed extra cash fast. THe loan they gave me, by the way, I didn't approve it but needed money so I took it. I got $100 with a $30.00 charge, and so far they only withdrew $60, so I'm going to see what I can do to pay this off and see if they charge me anymore.

Just noticed $300 in my account from these people! I called the # and she was very helpful and said that the $ would be taken out of my account tomorrow morning. I then asked her how I could be sure that only $300 would come out she told me that if I am not spending any of the $ that since they only put ion $300 they will only take back $300. I hope she is right! She also said she will email me a confirmation of this occurance so lets hope it all goes OK for me and Good Luck to the others!
