:confused:I am getting letters from Dominion Law Asst.I don't know if it for Wal Mart or Finger Hut but DLA got it from Palisades Acqisition. When I look at my credit report is shows nothing but current things. the amount is 6232.47 the 2 I owed was 450.00 and 940.00. DLA states there was a judgment against me but I have never seen it and these bill are about 8 yrs old. Any idea what I should do?

If the accounts are more than eight years old, then they probably are past their sol. The reason these accounts are not listed in your report is that, any negative information stays on it for seven and a half years. So, they have dropped off your credit report.

Judgement is a public record and should be mentioned in your CR. Is there are any judgement listed in your credit report?

Check with your county court, any judgement against you would be in the court record. If you can't find any information regarding the judgement, you can then send these people a FOAD letter.
