Are PDL's legal in PA? I am currently struggling with payment on PDL's and need to move off of them. I am willing to pay back the principle, and probably have more than 1X at this point, with the interest payments. I found the postings below to be helpful, and I would like to proceed in a similar direction.

thanks

The info on my payments to the PDL's listed above includes fees paid weekly, as well as, any principle that I have paid. Will I be liable to pay back all remaining principle on each loan, or can I use the fees paid each week? If I have to pay all of the principle, do I also have to pay fees that would be accruing as I work out payment plans?

thanks

FBDL is an installment.
The Zip 19 I apy off EOW with a $300 fee, This has been going on for approx a yr, can i count the $600 mo X 12 as payment for not paying back a $1500 loan?
Also, I talked with company, T&C, today that will work out a pay-off plan for my PDL's that would run for 12-24 mos depending on how much I pay each month, it almost appears to good to be true... is it?

thanks
