federal credit law firm

They make up names and are not a law firm...I have seen some posts where people asked for more information and the people at this supposed "law firm" told them to F OFF and die and such.

You will not find anything on this company, they are probably not even in the USA,,,,,Usually when a PDL is illegal, anyone who collects for them is illegal......Also they would give you information on the account if it was a law firm.

DO NOT PAY THEM AND DO NOT TALK TO THEM!!!!!!!!!!! If they call, tell them to TAKE A HIKE...once you show you are not scared, they will probably call a few more times and then stop. Once you tell them off, don't talk to them ever again.

If you type in these numbers into your browser, you'll see all the information that comes up about these bottom feeders. Never, Never give them any personal information or verify any personal information. Never send them any money. They can not do anything to you. They are illegal.

This company called me today and said i owed a payday loan. Then advised me there is a lawsuit under my social. Then asked me to fax over a letter saying I agree to pay 845.76. Can someone advise me if this is ligit.

has anyone heard of federal credit law firm ? i received a call from them stating there were a rep. for us fast cash. we took out a payday loan , wich i do not dispute but, these people are threatening a civil lawsuit if i do not pay the remaining $746.56 on. the person who contact me was named mark benjarmin and has all m y info. my address, my ss and told me if i didnt pay it would go into legal matters. I told him i would settle with given them $400 and he said ok, but im still debating weather or not to pay back...SOmeone [please help ,e

first off how much was borrowed,and how much debited before default?usfastcash is illegal,and you only owe the principle.example:

they debit three 90.00 payments

you only owe 30.00 total.question everthing as far as this loan,and anybody collecting on it.

I never borrowed anything from them, but they seem to have my info and i dont like that especially my social security number. Stating that my paper work was tranfer to them for no payments. How can i clear this up? i ask and he was really rude and telling me wel if you dont pay this will go into the state court of law. He told me i needed to write a letter saying i will pay them $400 by so and so date and please debt from my account and the i needed to notarize the letter.

I received a voicemail from Eric Taylor telling me that he needed me or my attorney to contact him because they entered a lawsuit against me and that this was up to me and I needed to take responsibility.

I called back and was told I had taken out a payday loan through an online site (would not give me the name or any information saying it would cause conflict!!). I have taken out a payday loan, but it was paid in full on the due date. They were rude and told me that they would be mailing me my court date when I would need to appear in a CALIFORNIA COURT!! They knew the last 4 of my social, name, address, and email address.

I am close friends with a local attorney's legal secretary. She called on my behalf and stated that she was from a lawfirm and needed some info about my case so she could handle it. They put her on hold and never returned. She called back and told the guy she needed a fax with all the summons and charges and they hung up!!!!! She tried calling again and they had blocked the number because it wouldn't even go through. The lawyer she works for got on his cell phone and called. This time as soon as they answered he stated his name and that he was a lawyer and I was his client blah blah. The man apologized and said tell her she owes us no money, this was a mistake!!

They are just trying to pray on people thinking you are nieve and will send them a check!! Tip: get their name and have someone call saying they are your attorney!! Calls will stop!!

got 200.00 from usfastcash 3 months ago paid the 200.00 plus 60.00 int has hit my acc. for another 120.00 in the last 2 months. how do I get my money back???????

Anonymous - I was just contacted by this Federal Credit Law Firm out of California using a phone number of (760) 563-5384, first by a Paralegel telling me Criminal Charges have been brought against me and to contact the Sr. Attorney by the name Shawn Michael or Miller who knows the name is just as fake as they are. Telling me I better have a Criminal Attorney and attempting to scare me. I immediately contacted this Shawn Miller and he advised me I had a $300 outstanding loan with First Pay Day, all B.S. I told them I have NO LOANS outstanding in my name he proceeded to tell me the last 4 digits of my SS# and to tell me I took this loan out in Jan. 2010. The Smart A with his extremely broken English said he was going to read me off 3 Criminal charges and I was NOT to interrupt him or ask questions. First you cannot understand the S.O.B. I told him I could not understand him too. I was laughing and screaming at the A hole by the end then I came home looked them up to see if anyone else knew who they were and see I am not the only one they have done this too. I called this Shawn back and asked to talk to person in charge he said because of my status as a I criminal I do not have the right to talk to person in charge. I told him I had a problem understanding his English and the charges read off to me. I laughed he told me to get a Criminal Attorney and hung up on me. Now my phone number is going to a voicemail Extention 1888026 last 5 times. I am calling the FBI and Better Business Bureau and reporting them immediately and hopefully they will be shut down. BE REALLY CAREFUL WITH YOUR INFO THE THIEVES ARE SO SOPHISTICATED WITH TODAY'S TECHNOLOGY AND STEALING OUR PERSONAL INFO WITHOUT US KNOWING.

I get calls from these people as well. Fortunately, I answer the phone here. The best thing to do is let them know you'll take a message. Any kind of conversation with them ends up in having them call repeatedly. I have no written correspondence from any debt collector with this name on it. I agree - definitely a scam.

I too was contacted today. by the "Federal Law Firm" the person who spoke to me had a very heavy middle eastern accent also. i manged to get their address, that is if it is legit. 10390 Santa Monica, Blvd (he actually said BLWD) 90025. I was told by Danny Luis, who verified the last 4 digits of my SS# that a criminal suit was to be filed against me on Friday morning. 1 case of Violation of Federal Bank regulation, 1 case of collateral check Fraud, and 1 case of theft by deception. "yeah right" I asked as many questions as I could. I also had to ask him to repeat himself numerous times, cause i could not understand him AT ALL!! and I would tell him, "I'm sorry It it very difficult to understand you" This frustrated him and he hung up on me after telling me to report in court with $5,000.00. I have reported this to the Attorney General office. This is the 3rd or 4th time i receive these calls. I have gotten calls from other numbers and have filled a complaint with the Texas AG as well. They are probably the same people just switching phone numbers and agency names. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. CALL ALL YOUR CREDITORS YOURSELF AND VERIFY WHERE YOUR ACCOUNTS STAND. I've noticed if you tell them that you are calling the police they will hang up on you and stop calling for a while, but the calls shortly return. Has anyone had any success in stopping the calls?

These people called me at my work and I dont owe any money for a payday loan.... Very rude, wouldnt give me info, all that is stated in previous blogs. Told me I would loose my job, hung up on me, etc.... SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!

the same compnay just called my job and demanded to speak to me also. I told them i was going to contact the AG in tallahassee and FTC. the guy had a accent and wouldnot give any other inofrmation. HELP!!!!!!

10/20/10 just got a call from the federal credit law firm... stating they sent me emails and i have not checked my email cause then i would no i was being sued for a payday loan I did not take out.. I asked them IF U ARE A LAW FIRM U WOULD NO THAT A LAW SUIT MUST BE HAND DELIVERED OR VIA CERTIFIED MAIL... y would u email such important information. Federal Credit Law Firm... Big Scam I've been getting these calls for about a week now. Little do they know I am well connected and hot on their asses. Via my research, I have been compiling a list of the used aliases and numbers they have been calling from. I have been in contact with two different tiers of law enforcement and am currently awaiting a return call from a west coast detective who has taken an interest in the info I have provided him. They are probably operating from overseas and using a call forwarding number. I get calls from a bunch that call themselves the National Crime Bureau or something like that. The guy says his name is Albert Johnson but I am sure it is more likely Rajish or something like that. He always reads the same script that starts with "You or your attorney must contact us" and ends in "I wish you luck." They are going to have me arrested in two hours where I work or at home and I will be put in front of the judge! Where in India? The UK? I just laugh at them. Once I told him that he called a crime scene and wanted to know what his relationship was to the victim.

I recieved a phone call from this same company yesterday. They gave me the same story as everyone else. About how i had a $300.00 unpaid payday loan that i took out in Feb of 2010 via my email. well two things these DUMB AS*'S don't know, I have NEVER had a payday loan and i have never had an email account until may of 2010. "John Meyers" or thats the name he gave me, would not give me any information about my 'account" with them he only wanted to speak with my attorney or settle out of court for $594.00 At first they were very convincing, but too many things did not add up, so i decided to try to find them and the payday loan company that i supposidly borrowed money from and i could not find anything on them but this site. I know now that this is a HUGE scam and i feel truely sorry for anyone who has fell for this. these people NEED to be stopped! The # they called me from was (760) 890- 4698 out of Calexico, CA

Got a call at work today from someone named Bruce Shreck today from 253-242-9255. He have me the same spill as others have received. Said he was calling from Federal Credit Law. Also said that I or my attourney needed to call another number to get details 949-201-4081.

I am in Alabama. I am not sure who to report this to.

They have been harassing me and my family. They have stolen my identity and stole all my monet 2 weeks ago! Call the FTC, police and Eqifax! It's a scam, if they have your name and phone number then they also hav your bank info!!!

I Just got a call from them it was funny the guys name was Steven Johnson and he was very rude there number they contacted me was on 573-340-3873 Kept threating me amongst other things but still funny.

They called me to 2 days in a row telling me I owe a payday loan for 583.29 from some international payday loan company that I never had. they even contacted me at work threatening a civil law suite and even prison. I knew something was wrong when they would not give me any information that I wAnted. I'm glad I went to this web site now I know what to do.

I found something to be real useful its taking a AirHorn to them when they start to call hopefully it makes them deaf other than that There numbers are linked to International Telecom LTD they do have a working fax number just have some fun with them the next time they call its actually quite amussing when you play around with them but I do agree with everyone here they need to be stopped and brought to justice.

Wow i just got the same call as everone here the no. I got is 760-618-1369 the first person who knows what his name was the 2nd person i called back on my cell guess they got caller i.d. Said his name was steve bad accent from india again!, i called back 10 times to tell them what i think of there call funny after that a msg. Came on n no one wanted to hear me or my husband who they got an ear full after i yelled at them that i was being sued n there contacting my job for the money who the hell collects from a job..the i.r.s {only} people from another country {were not stupid americans} were on to you god am i the only one who knows this! Dont be scared of there bad accents they try to sound important, ...cant wait till they call again i got there answer {get in fukn line like the rest}!
