Need Help with Quickest Cash

I got a call at work from an investagator saying that Quickest Cash is looking to press charges on me for bank fraud for a loan I took out in Nov. 2007! They want to cut me a deal and wants me to pay by credit or debit card by phone! Does Quickest Cash go by another name?? What should I do about all of this?? I did close my account in March 2008 but could not get ahold of them. I am in Ohio and don't know what to do about this!! The firms name is Hunter and Associates...I told them I would call back and now can't get them!! Please Help!!
