what if i miss the 30 day period of getting the 1 st letter out,do they still have to stop anyway or what?
If you miss the 30 day period then they consider the debt yours.
If you miss the 30 day period then they consider the debt yours......If you send a DV letter out after the 30 days, they do not have to honor it.....The best you can hope for is they don't sue and they sell it off to another company.
If they do sell it off and another company trys to collect, you then should have the 30 days again from the new company.
