Will CC check saving # balance?

opps send that to soon, why I am asking because I have 4 cards and want to settle with all 4, so I took enough out of my 401K for 45% on each, so there's a good bit of money in my savings account. maybe I shall had put it somewhere else? but don't have anyone I can trust! where does people keep their money while settling?

They cannot see what you have in your bank accounts. Exception would be if you bank at say Bank of Am and have credit cards with them.

Also to be on the safe side make sure you didn't make your payments out of said savings account or else they might start "drafting it"!
