I have asked my CA to validate my debt and I've sent them a DV letter. They didn't reply back till now. What to do next?

Hi Jupiter,
Did the original creditor charge off your account? Moreover, when did you send the DV letter to your CA?

As they didn't reply to the DV yet, you can send them a Debt Validation Follow-up Letter via certified mail with return receipt requested. You can check out the sample letter as reference:

a few questions

1)who is the CA?
2)you said till now,how did they respond?
3)who is the orignal creditor?
4)as chris asked was the debt purchased,or assigned?

you see a CA has no deadline except in texas to respond to a DV letter if they can't validate.please try to answer those questions, and we can help further.
