Account no longer showing up on BOA website

Should I be nervous about this? I am guessing I am around 90 days late. This is a business account. I told them that some of my clients have not been able to pay me (true) and that some are declaring bankruptcy(true). I owe around 18,000 in a small business account. Was hoping to settle.
