I apparently owe money to Credit International, or Computer Check Verification.....what ever name they are going by......I'm not sure how to reach these guys. Does anyone have any contact info for Credit International?

Make them send you a letter of collection thru the mail before you hand over any payment. Do not admit or deny to owing any debt over the telephone.
