Tax deduction options

I currently have a payment program with the IRS of 120 per month on a 8000 balance owe due to some gambling winnings. I became unemployed in Nov-2009 and now I feel that I will be owe about 3000 in taxes for 2009. What can I do since I am unemployed and the IRS wants more monies.

If you do owe money for 09, send in a request for another installment plan together with your 2009 taxes, you can get the application on the irs.gov site.
