How do I get them to make my account deposit only or block all debits? I have tried everything, gone into several branches, called customer service and all have told me the same, they can't block them or make my account deposit only

they can, too. seriously, ask if you can just permantely close your account to get away from that bank. have you tried corporate center? ask to speak to the highest supervisor you can get a hold of.
