NCA is a real collection agency but they'll collect for just abo
NCA is a real collection agency but they'll collect for just about anyone, including illegal payday lenders. I've heard that they do report accounts in collection to the credit reporting agencies, but I've never heard of them actually suing anyone. Just making threats to scare you into paying.

I am in Michigan, these are internet pay day loans with Manhattan Group and CMGGroup. I have paid the amount that I owe but I am sick of dealing with these people and am thinking about just paying them off as I want all of this out of my mind. These people are down right nasty.

i don't believe what i am seeing.this is what they want.they act like criminals to get paid.if you have paid them the amount of the loans,then file AG complaints asap.both lenders are illegal,and sorry i question the other poster to their legitimacy.btw if you give in.then either they will come calling again,or another bottomfeeder will call.file the AG complaints.also police reports as if they are getting nasty on the phone the report it.don't pay it.
