Could a moderator please look over my letter before I send it?? Just to make sure I didn't miss something. I live in PA so particularly someone knowledgable in PA Payday loan laws.

"After doing research regarding Internet payday loan laws for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, I have found that your internet payday loans are actually illegal. I am requesting that you send me your license number which enables you to offer loans to PA residents.
As of February 1, 2009 your company actually should not issue loans to PA residents therefore, I am only willing to pay back the principal amount on the loan so I am demanding that you provide me with a detailed accounting of all loans made by you to me since February 1 2009, along with a statement of how much was paid by me to you on each loan. If I fail to receive this information from you I will proceed to file complaints against your company with the Pennsylvania Dept of Banking and the PA Attorney General???s office.
I hereby revoke any and all direct debit authorizations I have made to you.

I demand that any contact be made through US Mail or email only. I will all contacts between us in writing to keep accurate records of all communication as per instruction from my Attorney General's Office.
I prohibit you or your affiliates to contact me via telephone at my place of employment or at my home or cellular telephone numbers. Persuant to the PA Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act, you are hereby notified that my employer does not permit contact of this type. I also prohibit you from contacting any references listed on my loan documents.

You are also hereby notified that I am revoking any voluntary wage assignments I may or may not have signed. I no longer authorize you, your company, or your affiliates to attach any part of my wages or contact my employer for collection purposes.

I expect a response from your company no later than 5 business days from the above date regarding this matter. This response may only come via US Mail or email. No telephone contact is permitted."

Thanks,

Amanda
