i just got a phone call from this miss moore at my work. then she faxed a letter to my boss and wanted her to fill it out and fax back. are these people real or what. then when you call back, either they don't answer or put you on hold. they are very rude. they have not sent me a letter or any thing. what should i do.

one point and one question
1)your boss is under no obligation to fill that out.
2)what name of what collector or law firm is on the fax.
this smacks of complete bottomfeeder to me.i would inform your boss of the call prior to the fax,and file an AG complaint against this place and person.
