Vd letter

I need a VD letter asap. I been receiving calls from Thompson & Associates , about an payday loan that was with Cash Supply
and sold to AIS. I sent cert letters to both about the loan being ilegal in Ohio and that I only owed a balance of 100.00. I got no reply from either , now this Markus Carter from Thomspon & Associates is calling saying he going to call my boss, drag me threw the mud with fees unless I pay 500.00 today by noon.
I tried to tell him about the loan being ilegal & letters I sent and he said it did not matter if I don't have a paid in receipt...
I have requested VD letter and refused to send one...what should I do next.

Send them a debt validation letter CMRRR. In the letter explain
Send them a debt validation letter CMRRR. In the letter explain everything again, that the loan was illegal and they can't sue you on an illegal loan. Also explain that if he calls your boss, you will sue HIM because he is not allowed to call anyone else in regards to this debt as he has already established contact with you. Inform him in no uncertain terms that you know your rights and he will not be violating them unless he wants you to drag him through the mud.
