I have been informed by my attorney who I filed a WISch128 with a year ago that all of a sudden International Equity Group is no longer at the address listed. Hunkins Waterfront Plaza, P.O. Box 556, Charlestown, Nevis, West Indies. I have been having my payments sent to them from the trustee I have for a year now and all of a sudden they are not there.

Does anyone have a new address for International Equity Group? (Paradise Cash Advance), so they can continue to receive payments. Bad business not to give forwarding address.

More great legal advice from the mods . . . Forget the fact that federal law takes no position on whether payday loans are "legal" or "illegal" or that it does require to list all of your debts on your bankruptcy schedules or even that you sign a bankruptcy petition under oath . . .

Meanwhile, Paradise was never in Nevis. They operate out of Kansas City. Always have. The Nevis address was just a stupid attempt to fool class action lawyers and the handful of state regulators that actually take pdl's seriously. If the trustee can't locate them to send their share of the Chapter 13 payments, it will just be refunded to you when the case closes. You'll have done everything the law requires you to do.

Many Internet payday lenders "operate" in the states with a P.O. box, but that doesn't mean they have any presence in the states. I would have advised the OP to also include it on the BK, however, it will not stop them from continuing to harass, nor will our regulators go after them for doing so.
