I was at work and I just got a call from a man claiming to be from CCV? I don't know what that is so I asked him and he wanted me to give him my address and I asked him what it was for and he said he will explain if I could just give him my address, and I said no I will not give you my address unless you tell me what this is or what company you say that you belong to, he said you know me, I said OH NO I DON"T! I don't even know your name! I then infomred him that he was calling me at work, he said well what your home number and I said Im not giving you that information, I don't know you, I want more information on the company you say you are from. He got angry with me and say well Im not going to play this game with you and I am going to go a head and proceed with the prosecution. I didn't get a number or the name of the guy do you know how I can contact them?

I wouldn't worry about it. There will be no 'prosecution'. You can't get prosecuted for debt. If he calls back tell him that he is full of hooey and that if he had a legitimate claim against you he would have sent you a letter. Tell him to take a hike.
If he tries asking for this information simply tell him that his lack of information only further proves he has the wrong person because he should already have this information.
