Okay, I went in yesterday and they denied me an EPP. They said they are not required to offer them since payday loans will not be allowed to operate in AZ after June. Quik Cash is licenced in AZ and they are a member of CSFA so I though they had to offer me one if I requested it.

Try complaining to the CFSA either by phone or email, phone would be quicker;

Also, try printing out the guidelines and the member list, take it into the store and confront them with the fact that as a CFSA member they are required to follow the guidelines set forth, tell them if they don't you are going to complain to the CFSA and request they have their membership revoked.
