first source is not working in the best interest of there clients the refuse reasonable offers and there policy is to bully all and everyone who deals with them ... its better not to deal with them

What happened? If you think that the settlement offer was reasonable, you may give your consent to it. The settlement company should get the consent of the customer before settling an account.
