I received a loan....

I received a loan of $350 and my checking account was compromised (thats another issue altogether)...I faxed them (pay day loan yes.com) to make them aware of my intent to close the account because money was stolen from my checking account..and that I wanted to make payment arrangements to settle...they call me incessantly saying they are going to sue me if I don't call back today...are they legal in Florida?

paydayloan yes is not legal anywhere a couple of questions
1)you said 350.00 was borrowed,what if anything was debited?
2)did they hint at anything besides suing you?
file AG,and FTC complaints against them for the threat as they never sue,have never sued,or will ever sue anybody.btw take anything debited,and deduct that from the 350.00.then do not speak to them.
