Been sued, enter settlement plan, what to do with the court?

I just been sued by the debt collection law firm to local court, I called them and agree to a settlement of monthly payment for 12 months. What do I need to do with the court ? Thanks

You better check with the court that they have withdrawn the law
You better check with the court that they have withdrawn the lawsuit. If not, then you would need to show up to court so they can't get a default judgement for the whole amount owed.
