PPS legal???

I have been getting calls from PPS Legal from a Jonathan Jones who says he is working with American Legal Processing Division saying that I owe a payday loan from Advance Cash USA. I don't remember getting a loan from them and he sent me a collection notice to my email. It looks official but I don't know what to do. He has my references and drivers license number. What do I do? Any help would be appreciated.

there is nothing legal about this.reply to the e-mail that per FDCPA he is required to send via the USPS a collection letter.something with their address.that name of his CA is made up to scare people.chances are this person isn't even licensed to collect.again reply that you want the letter sent via snail mail.any legit collector will comply.
