Taking on another CA

Hello! Since the last CA crumpled so easily I have decided to take on yet another one that showed up on my credit report. This place is called Credit Bureau Central.
I am asking for not only validation, but outright removal of the entries from my credit reports as I have them on one violation of the Texas Finance Code already.
Texas has a nifty little law that says no collection agency may use the words 'Credit Bureau' in their name.
If you guys want me to post a copy of the letter I shall, but you all have pretty much seen the theme of my letters.
Well in 30 days I will give you all an update. :rolleyes:
