The CA asked me to mailed in the settled payment ($5000) before mailing the document, I refused, he then said if I have a fax number for him to fax the settlement letter? and he won't mail because the offer will expired when I received it. It is normal to receive the settlement letter by fax? Is the faxed letter of settlement valid? How did you deal with it in your case? Once I receive it what I should look for into it to know it is valid? Does it need to have a signature. Thank you very much

i would be leery of a faxed letter.there is no way of telling if the CA is legit or not.i can tell by your post and things like "offer will expire" or "mail the money and we will send the letter afterwards"this smacks of a bottomfeeder.if you don't mind me asking who is the CA?
