Generally process servers don't broadcast when they're going to serve you. Have you taken out a PDL in the past?

I agree with Nascar, I would bet my little toe that she was no process server...and I like my toe right where it is!
For one if a process server couldn't get onto your work property they would just show up at your house, not come with the police. This sounds like a bottom-feeder CA trying to play games with you.

She said she didn't know all she had was a phone number, she also said she was going to call my boss if I didn"t work it out. About an hour later my boss called in the office and told me she called, she said I was abusive to her and she would be showing up with the police! My boss explained to her that she would not be let on the property regardless who she showed up with. She left a phone number (1-877-621-4383), when called a recording says 1st 3 numbers are incorrect. Also the number that she said she works for (1-877_844_5383) turns out to be the Bam Group. Has any one dealt with them? I would like to file a complaint against them and possibly sue. Thanks |
anything involving the BAM GROUP is a scam, and should be reported.first o your local police.then your state AG.do not worry or pay them.
