process server

I receid a phone call at work from a woman named Jennifer Blakely she said she was a indepandant process server and would like to make arrangements to serve me papers I said fine that I would be off the next 2 days during the week,(thurs,friday). She said no she has to serve me at work. I told her company policy is unless it is work related she would not have access. I further asked her what company she was serving for? She said she didn't know all she had was a phone number,she also said she was going to call my boss if I didn"t work it out. About an hour later my boss called in the office and told me she called, she said I was abusive to her and she would be showing up with the police! My boss explained to her that she would not be let on the property regardless who she showed up with. She left a phone number (1-877-621-4383), when called a recording says 1st 3 numbers are incorrect. Also the number that she said she works for (1-877_844_5383) turns out to be the Bam Group. Has any one dealt with them? I would like to file a complaint against them and possibly sue. Thanks
