New CA calling - should I call be and ask for Dunning letter?

So should I call them back tomorrow and say nothing other than send me your Dunning letter?
Wondering if it's better to talk to them since they then must send the Dunning letter (which I will DV right away) or just let them keep calling all the time for awhile? I'm not really worried about the calls themselves bothering me.
Curious about what is better "procedure"?

Do you have an old debt owned by LVNV showing on your CR? If memory serves me, WW&R is one of the law firms LVNV uses to litigate. I'd call them. Verify you are the consumer they are seeking, verify your mailing address and then inform them they now have 5 days to send the dunning letter.

I do unfortunately and I assume that is what they are calling about. I never sent a DV to LVNV as I didn't know what I was doing and was ending working with a debt settlement firm at the time LVNV send me their dunning letter.
Can I DV WW&R now or will it be too late since I didn't DV LVNV?
You can DV WRR since they are now actively collecting upon it.
You can DV WRR since they are now actively collecting upon it. LVNV is known to play musical collectors however and it will almost certainly get shuffled off to another firm upon getting a DV.

Good news! I got the dunning letter today! So I don't even have to call them. DV going via CMRR tomorrow!!
I have been waiting for this actually. Since I never DV'd LVNV before, it was Resurgent who sent me the notice in Dec 2008 actually, I was worried I'd just get a summons. And I've been waiting since Dec 2008 for another letter. I'd get an occasional phone call (never a message) but never a letter.
So I'm happy I just got a standard collection letter from WW&R. I'm going to use the same DV I sent to Brachfeld & Associates in March '09 since I never heard anything else after that one. Go with what has worked in the past!
