However like I stated earlier I asked for a refund from having to pay $975 on 300 that was way over triple of the principal amount. They still have not sent me a address as of yet. What do you think.

It's really hard to say WHERE they are actually located, usually they have what you call 'drop off's' somewhere located in the U.S.
