Does anyon have a new number for Star Cash Processing? The number provided is no longer in service. They have taken out almost $900 and I don't remember borrowing any money form them. I also looked back at my account activity and there is no deposit made form them. There is also no website where I can check my account.

Please any info would be helpful.1

How did they get your account number? Go to your bank and have it reversed, then close that account, if you never applied for an internet based payday loan your account information has been compromised and should be dealt with promptly.

Ok before you say get off my lazy ass and get a job. I have one and I get paid nicely too. Sometimes, bad stuff happens to good people. Divorce, relationships that don't work out and then you fall on harder times, lay-off from a job after 6 years plus...........and you can't pay your bills, you are just trying to survive while you look for work. The whole time you are unemployment you can't pay all your bills just the one's that help you survive and then if you have to take a lower paying job how can you pay everything? You can't! You simply start all over from scratch and start a new life, a new relationship, whatever! So, I am now married and we survive, but we can't pay our back bills, just our new bills. Well, thanks for calling me Star Cash Processing, one two many times at work! I called an attorney and have an appointment after work and will probably hire him and if not him, I have another lawyer waiting in the wings. I will hire someone by next week and file for bankruptcy and get you off my back. I am smiling as I write this as I can't wait till you call and tell me I owe you something because you aren't getting another dime from me. Next thing that happens you might end up owing me!

fedup GOOD FOR YOU!!! bankruptcy although maybe not a "good" thing was our only option. did it hurt us? temporarily yes. but within 2 years we were on our way to rebuilding our credit and within our means. it got these idiots off our backs which they said could not be done. our lawyer showed them differently! we now have a savings account and are more conscious of our earnings than ever! it was a hard lesson to learn and it cost to file but it was 100% well worth it. now we never get a late notice because we pay our bills first and then pay our savings and we still have enough left to go to a movie or dinner every now and then. good luck and who cares what folks say they dont know your situation.

Star Cash Processing is a real company & they do have a website, they've always been there for me during my hard times & I will reloan with them again and again. go to google & type in star cash processing bam there's their web site. As a pay day loan customer - I know that pay day loan companies will not just deposit money into your account without your acknowledge, you can't take out a loan unless you fill out the & give your information. It is against the law for loan companies to sell your bank/ssn to another loan company just to take a risk of putting money into your account & if everyone would read every word before they gave out their personal information - they would know that on every internet loan an e-mail is sent to you with a conformation # of the loan amount that was deposit into your account & that you have 24 hrs. to change your mind in writting via fax & you also have to check yes serveral times to agree to the tirms & conditions & it TELLS YOU TO PRINT THE CONTRACT FOR YOUR RECORDS BEFORE YOU HIT THE "BIG RED BUTTON" "SEND ME MY MONEY NOW" PAY DAY LOAN COMPANIES ARE NOT GOING TO PUT $ INTO YOUR ACCOUNT UNLESS THEY ARE 100% SURE TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK THINK ABOUT IT AND US YOUR COMMON SINCE. It also tells you that if the money is not in your account on your next pay day you will pay fees & it gives you the break down. their # is on the website. I myself have defaulted serveral times on the agreement & paid big for my mistake but their collection department is very pleasant people & will work with you on a payment plan or settle your balance for less. If your in collections which I'm sure you are their # is 1-866-476-2038 this is my 5th loan with them & I am now in collections.

I too file bankruptcy & have learned that if you are still paying your retaining fee to your attorney all your debtors have every legal right to still try and collect. Until your attorney files it is not bankruptcy until your given a case number. So, we got ours selves into our own finical mess so we can not be mad at no one but our selves.

I don't understand why everyone is dogging star cash processing they've have always been there for me when I need extra cash fast & for you as well. If any of you did not read the contract well then that's your own fault. there are no hidden fees & it explans everything that will/could happen if the money is not paid back as agreed in the contract your ip address is your electornic signature which is very very legal. I have defaulted 3 times on my loans & have paid big bucks for my mistake, but their collection department is very nice & will work with you on a payment plan within their guide lines & your budget - they even have a hardship program & this last loan I have with them I defaulted on they did a dollar to dollar match I put $50.00 down payment on the $600.00 balance which gave me a settlement of $550.00 & a balance of 500.00 which I was able to set a payment plan on the 500.00 in 3 payments 2 @ 168.00 & 1 @ 164.00 on each of my pay dates & as long as I don't break the payments I can reloan & the settle is good if I break the plan then the settlement is void & balance is do & no payment plans. I personally think it's a sweet deal since I screwed up & they didn't report this on my credit.

i don't know aboutanyone else but i thought i was dealing with a reputable company. More foolme. I paid the loan off the first time. The next month they had withdrawn $500 from my account. Then the next pay period they tried again for 260. I had my bank to stop payment. The bank contacted them and my funds were redeposited in my account. 3 months later i get a call saying they are going to take me to court if i don't send proof of payment. Like i was going to send them my bank statemen (not). I told them to go ahead. I had my bank statement as back up. No more phone call.

I have been calling the number I have for this company. It never goes through. I just called this number 1-866-476-2030, the answer I got said it was after hours and call back doing regular business hours. Well I live in Texas and its 2:05 pm my time. Is that doing regular business hours or not? Is there any way to contact Star Cash Processing ?

They're not allowed to lend in New Hampshire either. I had a loan with them and paid them back on time when I was sent to collections due to an unexpected turn of events. I only have one payment left but was laid off a few weeks ago. I asked if they could collect them payment next month instead, which is when unemployment money will come in. They said no that they will not change the arrangement and said I was refusing to pay. I am reporting them. I had intended to make my payment because I do pay what I owe, but I can't control when my company lays me off...
