How do you find out who is licensed in the State of Delaware, I have Vincent, DJR, Sandpoint and National?

It doesn't really matter. Delaware law requires that a lender make five loans to Delaware residents in a year before they are required to get a license. If you can prove that four other Delaware people besides yourself have gotten loans from these companies then the Bank Commissioner can act. Otherwise, you'll be lucky to get a form letter out of them. Remember, Delaware is a pro-payday lending state. There are no usury caps, licensed lenders can roll a loan over four times and the Bank Commissioner generates a lot of revenue from the licensing and examination fees that payday and title lenders pay every year. Other than Kansas, it has the most payday loan companies actually operating in the state and it has more licensed companies than ANY state.

Since you know so much, why don't you register as a member? When you come on here and post as a guest it's almost as if you are doing your best to start trouble by questioning all the Mod's replies. People that cop an attitude toward members of this community are not welcome here.
