I have pay day loans in ILLinois, How do i Know if they are illegal or not and can someone tellme what to do?

Given that Illinois is part of the 7th Circuit, and the 7th Circ
Given that Illinois is part of the 7th Circuit, and the 7th Circuit just struck down Indiana's efforts to regulate out of state title lenders that made loans to Hoosiers (and given that there don't seem to be too many licensed attorneys prowling the boards) I'm curious to know what the official DCC position is on who is and is not legal in Illinois, too.

the loser is back,i wonder what internet lender you work for?the pdl laws are in black and white dope.try to keep your slick lying to the phones as the next time you post this it's gone...got it?internet loans and lenders must be licensed understand,there are alot of storefronts still in illinois.those are legal.the internet lender you work for i can say is not.
