I sent the company the letter and an Antoniette called me and said my accout was settled as paid. I went to their website and I have a zero balance and it says i can never borrow from the again. I guess well see because the payment was to come out tomorrow.Thank you guys so much!!!:lol:
I NEED HELP Please!
I live in chicago Illinois I started taking out PAY DAY loans to help me pay on my bills, then I took out one then another to pay off that one, now I have found myself in a hole so big I cant get myself out. I have 5 store PDL and 1 internet loan. I have six pay day loans each totally 1800 with check n go , 1275 Payday loan store, 700 AmeriCash, 450 First Cash dvance, 450 Quick Cash Fincinal and 375 CashNet USA. almost 6,000 in total debt. each pay period im paying 1500 in total on the pay day loans. I'm over my head I made a big mistake. I have fallen behind on 4 of the PDL Loans. I dont know what to do. I'm afraid they will try to garnish my wages. WHat are my options, I want to get out of this nightmare fast and quick and pay them back. I NEED HELP PLEASE.

The first thing i did was close my checking account, you have to be careful though because some banks will re open an account if a debit comes thru after you close it. I had bank of america and i told them the truth and we closed the accounts and they marked it fraudelent and nothing but deposits can come thru. Then i sent letters to every pdl. The illegal ones were easy, most of them marked it as paid in full. Illinois laws allow 15.50 in interest charged for every 100 borrowed, and no roll overs are allowed.
