Date: Thu, 04/08/2010 - 10:24
I have the following loans and I live in CA:
PaydayOne- $300 legal!
Cash Central- $300 legal!
CashnetUSA- $300 legal!
Elastic.com- $400
FBD Loans- $867
Cash Call- $2500
How do I get out of this mess in getting them to stop debiting my account. I want to pay these off but they are taking all my money now. I got one loan to pay off another, etc. I have to get out of this cycle and want to settle with them. How do I do this and where do I start?

Well, as long as the pdl is legal they can charge fees and interest legally. You have to check out for ways to pay them off. You can also consider consolidating your pdls.
About the rest, if they are illegal, you may check out the following link to deal with them.

Even getting rid of the illegal lenders would give you the moral boost.

Elastic is the only payday loan which is NOT licensed. I will be back shortly with additional suggestions, I need a few minutes to do some research for you.

PaydayOne and CashnetUSA both offer an EPP (extended payment plan), but you will need to contact them via email to request it.
FBD and Cash Call are not payday loans. I must be honest and tell you that FBD and Cash Call are horrible to deal with, I know the interest rates are outrageous but what they charge is perfectly legal, unfortunately. Honestly, the best thing you could do with those is consolidate your loans, ANYone other than them would be easier to deal with.
Since Elastic is an unlicensed lender it would be in your best interest to close your account, it will never be safe again, and as soon as they discover you are aware they aren't licensed, they will repeatedly debit your account for large sums of money. Blocking them will not work as they will change their name as many times as they need to so they can debit your account again, not only that, but they will sell off your information to other unlicensed lenders! So, closing you account is your only option.
I have more advice shortly, hang tight.

Since you will need to close your account you need to contact the legal lenders and let them know it was imperative you close your account due to fraudulant activity on your account, also let them know that you will not be opening a new account until you have these issues resolved. That will at least release you from having money drawn (and buy you some time) until you can work out payments with them via the mail, do not send personal checks, my suggestion would be money orders.

I also forgot to mention that you may want to ask Cashcentral for an EPP also.
