The balance is correct and no rectification is required. As explained in the loan agreement, in terms of payment, on your scheduled pay date you have 2 options, you may extend the loan by paying the $76 interest only, or repay the full balance of $276 to close the account. All payments will be taken from the same checking account that the loan is sent to. When you wish to pay the full balance, please advise us via the website at least 3 days prior to the pay date when you wish to make the payment. If we do not receive a pay off, we will extend the loan, a further $76 interest charge will be incurred and you will have the same options on the following pay date. Sorry about that; Here's my problem. I sent PDLNow.com my ACH revoke letter. They I have paid them 380.00 on a 200.00 loan. The above quote is from there customer service. They now show my balance as 352.00 when yesterday it was 276.00. They did try to run a payment through my bank today but they sent it back. I now have to go back to the bank to sign more papers. The account has been closed. Does anyone have any advice for this company?
