Northway Debit took money outta my account – who the heck are they?

Sounds like your name came up during a skip-trace. I would alert your bank of this and you might consider filing the ID Theft affadavit from the FTC and send it to all 3 CRA's. Ask them to place a 90 day fraud alert on your credit reports. Do not send anything to Zip19 at this point except a full cease comm.

can someone give me a number for this northway debit, i don't know how to contact these people

I recently applied for a loan through them and was denied. I got my bank statement and they treid to take a payment out of my account. I didn't receive any transaction from them. I called and sent a letter to the company and also to the attorney General. I haven't heard from either party yet.

They debited my account also twice 208.07

What happens to me if I am out of Arizona and they are not licensed in my state? Also, what if I changed jobs and accounts since I took the loan out will they be able to find my new employer. I contacted the Dept of Financial Institution in Arizona and filed a complaint. What else do I need to do??

:x does anyone know how to contact Northway Financial? A number perhaps so I can pay them back in full and block their future transactions. On my bank statement, there isn't a contact number displayed. Please help ASAP.

Northway Financial is debiting $150 2 times each pay day and I can't find a number for them. When I go to a web site supposedly theirs it is directed to another one with a differnet name - when you click on terms it takes me to another named company so I go there - go to Terms and it also says they are not the lender, etc. I get no statements so don't know what I owe ever, if anything now. I did obtain a payday loan months ago. No way to contact this company to find out status so I guess I will talk to my bank. I'd like to sue as well.

I have a loan with Zip19.com otherwise known as Northway Financial Corporation Limited. I read they are not lisenced to loan in PA. If this is true, do I need to pay them back? I have already closed my bank account so they can't debit any money from me there.

No, they are legal anywhere. Deduct what you have already paid them from the original amount you borrowed. Tell them you will need a physical address to send payments, only send money orders. If they won't give you an address then it's their problem, no address, no payments.

They don't accept rollovers or payments. So, I have had several loans with them. THis one is for 500 and a 99.49 finance charge. How should i handle this?????

I have had Northway take out 179.97 from my account twice and am trying to find out who they are. Any leads???

I unfortunately took out a loan from this company. I contacted the "Lovely" man handling my debt and explained I couldn't pay on the date that was agreed upon. They set up a Western Union payment for me and as I was on my way there with my cash I get a call from my wife saying they debited my account twice for 219.50...which totals what I owe. I had no problem paying it back but to have my account hit like that which happen right before the bank closed causing not allowing me the chance to put the money back that I needed to cover a check. Pretty shady. I tried calling the "lovely" man about the situation and he said sorry we needed to get our money....So they get people who are willing to do what they ask. The thing is I asked them if they could just debit my account and they said they couldn't since I had a ONE TIME AUTHORIZATION. Oh well its over now I hope you all solve your issues with this company. I know I will never do business with them again.

I had a payday loan with Northway Financial and I looked at my bank account and they took double payment (2) the same day. I called my bank and had them reject it.. I have a question I just talked with someone from this company and they said I could pay them 445 and they wont take me to court. I have never received any info that I owed them money til now. help!!!

Keep an eye on your account. They will keep taking and keep taking....I was done with them 5 months and today they hit me with another $350 withdrawl. Does anyone know how to contact them?

Dont pay them shit, they wont take you to court over a couple hundred bucks....They will just keep calling, once they have your bank info, they will take your money tho

i just had the shock of my life too just the other guest i made an agreement with another loan company and my payroll dates change for the month i called them and told about it they said okay we will work with you low and behold the next day this company took 268.98 from my account. My thing ia they should at least contact you after taking your money with proof that the loan was paid .
