I live in NH and have 3 pay day loans and I know that Ameriloan and United Cash are not licensed in any state but what about DJR Group? I want to send out the emails to them demanding to stop ACH ect. but I want to make sure I know all the information and I do not know NH laws on Pay Day loans.

I am in the process of closing it now. I have Fidelity and they are great about not giving me over draft fees and if there is no money in the account to cover a debit nothing gets taken out. There is no money in there now and it will be closed tomorrow so I am all set.
