well i got a payday lone from the internet called payday loan yes. They have harrasming at work and my cell phone. just today i got a call that i needed to call them so they could give me my court date. I barrowed 300.00 dollars from them. about 2wks ago i send them 100.00 dlrs but they said i owed them 1000.91. should i call them back and get that date? Can they really do that or do you think they are just scaring me to get there money. I ran into to some finacial difficulty when my husband lost his job. so i haven't been able to pay them. So I don't know what to do....

No, don't call them back because all they will do is threaten and harass you. Payday loan yes isn't licensed anywhere in the U.S. I can almost guarantee you there is no court date, you would have been served a summons if there were. What state are you in, by the way?
