Hi, I need some assistance please. I currently have 2 loans that im curious if they are legal in my state of Florida or not.

LoanPointUSA- I borrowed 1,100 to date have paid 1,329
IdealGelt- I borrowed 500 to date have paid 325

Thanks in advance!

LoanpointUSA isn't a licensed lender in your state nor are they a CSO.

Based on what I have read from their website (IdealGelt) they are only a site which locates payday lenders, I could be wrong but that's what I am thinking. This is all I could find on them but I don't think they are the ones who actually loaned you the money, I think they are the ones who get a cut for referring cutomers to lenders. Just a guess. Recheck your contract or look at your bank statement to see who actually deposited the funds you borrowed. Administrative Contact:
